Keto Diet & Recipes
The ketogenic (keto) diet is a low-carbohydrate, high-fat eating plan designed to encourage the body to burn fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates. By reducing carbohydrate intake and increasing healthy fats, many people follow the keto diet to support weight management, maintain energy levels, and promote overall metabolic health.
Extra virgin olive oil is one of the healthiest fats you can include in a keto lifestyle. Rich in heart-friendly monounsaturated fats and powerful antioxidants, it not only enhances the flavour of meals but also provides valuable nutritional benefits. Whether drizzled over salads, used in dressings, or added to cooked dishes, premium extra virgin olive oil is a delicious and natural way to support a healthy ketogenic diet.
