New Harvest Olive Oil 2026: When Does It Arrive?
Updated: 18 hours ago
Our new harvest Early Harvest and Master Miller extra virgin olive oils arrive in the UK in mid-November 2026, and you can pre-order them now. Here's why new season olive oil is worth waiting for.
What is "new harvest" olive oil?
Olive oil is made once a year, in autumn and winter, when the olives are picked and milled. "New harvest" simply means oil from this season's olives. Like most fresh foods, extra virgin olive oil is at its best when it's young: its flavour is at its most vivid and its natural polyphenols are at their highest.
When are olives harvested?
In Spain, the harvest usually starts in October and runs through the winter. Early harvest oil is made at the very start, from olives picked while still green. Our Early Harvest olives are picked in mid-October and cold-extracted within 4 hours of collection.

How long does new harvest olive oil keep?
Check the best before date on the bottle. Once opened, use it within 6–8 weeks for the freshest flavour.
