What is Master Miller olive oil?

Master Miller is an organic extra virgin olive oil from Spain. It's our everyday premium oil: fruity and well rounded, good enough to enjoy raw and versatile enough for everyday cooking.

  • Polyphenols: over 400 mg/kg

  • Acidity: 0.2%, a quarter of the legal limit for extra virgin

  • Vitamin E: 20 mg per 100g

  • Grade: superior category olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means

  • Certification: EU organic (ES-ECO-002-CM)

  • Origin: product of Spain, bottled in Spain

What does it taste like?

An intense, fruity aroma of fresh grass, green apple, almond and kiwi. On the palate it has a dense, lasting body with balanced bitterness and spice, notes of citrus, green banana and olive leaf, and a clean peppery finish.
