Our pomegranate flavoured balsamic vinegar is from the Modena region of Italy and is matured in oak barrels. Due to the slow ripening process, the acid perception is minimal, and its sweetness and texture make it easy to pair with different dishes due to its great variety of aromas.
Balsamic vinegar is great for dipping, drizzling on salads and fruit. When cooking with balsamic vinegar it is best to add after the cooking is finished, and in mild dishes (nothing spicy or heavily seasoned), so it can shine on its own. Use it to flavour meat like chicken, steak or fish. It is also well suited to fruit and cheese pairings.
