How to make tortilla (Spanish Omelette)
Here's a recipe for making tortillas with Andalucian Olive Company Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Ingredients:
2-3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
4-5 large eggs
1/4 cup Andalusian Olive Company Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large skillet, heat the Andalucian Olive Company Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced potatoes and onions to the skillet, and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.

Use a spatula to carefully flip the tortilla over, and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, or until the other side is set and lightly browned.
